Winter Tags using Dew Drops!

Hello everyone! Tags are one of my favorite projects. They are quick and make such an impact. I always like to have some on hand for those last minute gifts (especially birthday and holiday tags). I decided to get a head start on my holiday tags for this weeks project.

I cut out some tag shapes using my Cricut and stamp/embossed snowflakes. On one tag I embossed white and another I did silver. Then I ink blended using Distress Oxides. I had these puffy sentiments that I attached as well!

Lastly, I embellished the tags with clear, white and blue Dew Drops! So beautiful and really adds a special touch!

[Oceans of Joy] Multi-Occasion Card

I am still building my cardmaking collection, and it is SO easy to get into the blackhole of buying endless craft supplies. I really need to stop myself. I came across this adorable ocean themed stamp set,  Oceans of Joy , from Sunny Studio Stamps! Head on over to my Instagram to see a reel on how I made this card!     I wanted to create a fun wavey background so I took some scrap cardstock and cut a "wave" pattern and used it as my stencil with a blending sponge and my Stampin' Up spot inks. I LOVE how it turned out. I wanted to add more texture so I purposefully blended with differing pressures to get some texture in the background. I can't wait to make and use more stencils in my cardmaking. I stamped the sentiment, whale, crab, and water images using my misty on some textured white cardstock and colored in using my Prismacolor colored pencils. In hindsight, I wish I had used a smooth white cardstock instead, as it makes the coloring look a little messier than I...

Lime All Yours

Hey all! I'm here sharing today's card with  Time for Tea Designs! I used the Squeeze the Day stampset to create this citrus filled card!  To create this card, I first took an A2 white panel and stamped the row of citrus fruits in yellow, orange, and green in an alternating pattern. This will be our background. Next, I stamped three citrus wedges (I decided to make mine limes) and one circle citrus. I colored them in various shades of green and yellow-green to resemble limes. After coloring and diecutting these out, I placed them on the left side of the panel with foam tape for dimension. I stamped the sentiment with white embossing powder on a black cardstock for contrast. This is my favorite way to show sentiments (if you can't tell already!) Lastly I added some dots of yellow and green on the left for some added interest. Thanks for stopping by! Jill

[Good Luck Critters Rainbow] Time for Tea Designs

Hey all! I'm here sharing another card featuring the Time for Tea Designs "Good Luck Critters" stampset. I first used the "Rounded Rectangle" die set to cut one panel in white cardstock and one in red. I ink blended the white cardstock with "Tumbled Glass" Distress Oxide around the edges. I added some blue splatters for added interest. I cut in the rainbow and cat image from the stampset and colored in with alcohol markers and finished it off with a sentiment Thanks for stopping by!
